Serving the Housing Needs of Companies and the Global Workforce

Why Invest in WorkForce Housing?

IMPROVE YOUR BOTTOM LINE

"Our employer-assisted housing program improved stability and morale among our workers, yielded tremendous appreciation from the broader community, and enhanced our bottom-line. This program really is a winning proposition."
--Ed Liddy, CEO Allstate Insurance Company

"Our Program help employees live close to the hospital in case we need them in an emergency. It's also been great to help them balance work and family by reducing their commutes."
--Mark Lusson, Vice President, Northwest Community Healthcare

Arlington Heights-based Northwest Community Healthcare launched its REACH Illinois program in 2002. Full-time employees earning less than $70,000 who have worked at the hospital for one year can receive $5,000 toward the purchase of a home within a 10-mile radius.

The hospital estimates that REACH Illinois, in addition to other compensation and benefit programs it offers employees, reduces its turnover and recruitment costs by more than $3 million each year and has significantly contributed to its below-average vacancy rate.

AN INVESTMENT IN YOUR COMPANY, YOUR EMPLOYEES, AND YOUR COMMUNITY

"Attracting and keeping young talented employees is a challenge…. We see employer-assisted housing as a great tool for getting people into homes and keeping them with our company."
--Marion Meginnis, President/General Manager, WQAD-TV
